What to Expect from Our Blog

Since communicating with us may becoming difficult for the next several years, we're hoping to share most of our important experiences with everyone in our lives via this blog. You may not know what we're doing every second of the day, but we'll try to keep the blog updated with important occurrences. Below are a list of the things you can and cannot expect to read about here.



Things you can expect to hear about from our blog:

• Homecoming pictures!
• Updates on our impending move
• Stories of our adventures across the US and Europe
• Cute pictures of Augustus
• Details of our life in Germany
• My job hunt overseas (Successfully completed! Details to follow)
• An occasional rant about Army life
• My endless attempt at being a happy housewife while unemployed underemployed (I'm actually happily employed full time again, so this is no longer relevant!)
• Our struggle with learning enough foreign language to travel peacefully
• Rants and raves about all the things we miss in America and love about Europe

I mean come on, he's just so dang cute!

Things you probably won't hear about from our blog:

• Details about either of our jobs- You can attribute that to OPSEC, HIPAA, and the fact that my job in particular is just kind of disgusting.
• Anything political or religious in nature- Sorry I'm not sorry.
• The boring details of our day to day lives- We wake up, go to work, come home, sleep. No one wants to hear about that.
• Pregnancy/baby announcements- We're child-free by choice, at the very least until we are settled back into the good ole' United States of America
